Star Wars Celebrations are designed especially for fans, and fans are a vital part of the excitement at each show. Celebration Japan offers a number of ways for fans and fan organizations to be a part of the show, and to contribute their talents to this huge worldwide Star Wars festival.

Fan Club and Fan Organization Booths
There will be a limited number of free Fan Club booth spaces available at Celebration Japan for unofficial, local, and regional fan clubs and similar fan organizations. These tables will allow clubs and organizations to promote themselves to other Star Wars fans, and to act as a central location for club activities at Celebration Japan.

Talented individuals and Fan Groups may apply to host panel discussions, trivia game shows, or any other activity that they believe would be fun for their fellow fans at Celebration Japan.

Individuals and Fan Groups with ideas for fan-sponsored activities and programming, who are willing to volunteer their time to share with other fans, are asked to submit their ideas to Lucasfilm and will be notified if they have been accepted to participate.

Super-Collectible Medallions for Celebration Japan!
Those who love the host of toys and pop culture treasures inspired by the Star Wars Saga will love the fascinating Star Wars collecting shows coming this July 19-21 at Celebration Japan. What’s more, those attending the shows will have the chance to take home rare, two-inch pewter medallions commemorating classic Star Wars toys released in Japan in 1978. These medallions, twelve different designs in all, were created by passionate Star Wars collectors especially for the fans at Celebration Japan. Costume Contests
Celebration Japan will honor the rich costuming tradition among Japanese Star Wars fans by hosting a spectacular costume contest on Sunday, June 20. Costumers wearing Star Wars costumes from any of the movies, comics/manga, novels, or the television shows are invited to register to compete. There will be prizes for winners, and the opportunity to put your costume in the spotlight for a Star Wars audience. At Celebration Japan you can become part of the action with interactive photo sets, many of them masterfully created by fellow Star Wars fans. Play chess on the Millennium Falcon?
